COURSE STRUCTURE

The BTC Course, now officially known as the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), is a 2-year teacher education programme regulated by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The curriculum is divided into four semesters and combines theoretical knowledge, pedagogical studies, practical training, and school internship to prepare competent elementary school teachers.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates seeking admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), formerly known as BTC, must fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the respective State Government or affiliating authority.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Check Eligibility
- Ensure that you meet the prescribed educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria notified by the concerned admission authority.
Submit the Application
- Complete the online or offline application form within the specified admission schedule and submit the required documents.
Merit / Entrance-Based Selection
